Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment is advantageous, but care/operations/administration backgrounds with strong organisational skills are welcome.

• Manage the journey from vacancy to offer.
• Create engaging job adverts across multiple platforms.
• Screen, short‑list and interview candidates for home managers.
• Build relationships with Home Managers through regular visits.
