Job summary

Hill Care is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join the People Team. The role is home-based with regional travel across the North and South regions, working 30 hours per week at £15 per hour.

You will own vacancies from posting to offer, ensure safer recruitment, and support managers in building teams that reflect our CARE values. You will engage with Home Managers, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain a positive candidate experience while complying with DBS and Right to Work checks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Comfort with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of DBS, Right to Work, references and pre-employment checks.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as part of a wider People Team.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your region.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing across your region, engaging with Home Managers and candidates.
• Pre-screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews.
• Support offers and candidate management through onboarding and checks.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure completion of required checks.
• Support Safer Recruitment practices and escalate complex cases.
• Provide home-based recruitment support and maintain relationships with managers.
• Monitor recruitment activity and report findings to the Head of People.
• Collaborate with the team and provide cross-cover across regions.
