Care Concern Group is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to support its Midlands homes, taking ownership of regional recruitment and developing local strategies to attract exceptional people. The role is home-based with regular regional travel and close collaboration with Home Managers and operations teams to deliver results.

You'll be autonomous, build relationships, attend recruitment events, and drive recruitment across your portfolio, ensuring great candidate experiences and retention.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment is advantageous.
• Ability to build relationships with managers and teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of recruitment across your portfolio of care homes.
• Manage the recruitment journey from vacancy through to offer.
• Create engaging job adverts and ensure vacancies perform well.
• Screen, short-list and interview candidates with managers.
• Build trusted relationships with Home Managers through regular visits.
• Develop local recruitment strategies to address challenges.
• Represent Care Concern Group at recruitment fairs and events.
• Monitor activity and provide proactive recruitment advice.
