Job summary

HC-One is expanding its regional resourcing function to support the south region, West Midlands and Wales, delivering recruitment support and guidance to Home Managers. You will partner closely with operational teams to hire the best talent and realise HC-One’s mission of being the kindest care home provider.

The role covers regional recruitment across multiple homes, managing local attraction campaigns, conducting structured interviews, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines while reporting

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment legislation.
• Ability to manage online attraction methods.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery of the Resourcing SLA.
• Build relationships with Home Managers to deliver service.
• Recruit regionally for the south region, West Midlands and Wales.
• Manage local/regional attraction campaigns.
• Carry out structured interviews with pre-screened candidates for Home Managers.
• Engage with candidates and promote HC-One benefits while assessing fit.
• Maintain candidate pipelines across your portfolio of homes.
• Provide quality feedback on interview processes.
• Attend care homes, fairs and exhibitions.
• Provide weekly resourcing management information.
