Job summary

Crystal Care Collection seeks a Regional Quality Manager for the East Sussex area. Lead quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement across our homes, working with General Managers and leaders in a hybrid role with regular travel across the South of England.

You will coach teams, drive inspection readiness and manage quality initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance and residents' safety.

Qualifications

• Five years of care management or quality experience in adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure homes comply with CQC regulations and Crystal Care policies.
• Conduct audits, governance reviews and quality inspections.
• Lead investigations into incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns.
