Crystal Care Collection is seeking a Regional Quality Manager for the South East region. You will partner with General Managers to ensure CQC compliance and drive quality improvements across multiple homes.

The role involves coaching teams, leading audits, and maintaining inspection readiness in a hybrid working model with regular travel across the South of England. You will oversee governance frameworks, investigate incidents, and support staff development to deliver safe, person-centred care.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in a care management or quality role within adult social care.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong regulatory compliance and quality assurance experience.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and governance frameworks.
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to implement quality improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office and reporting systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Mansioni

• Ensure homes comply with CQC regulations, legislation and company policies.
• Conduct audits, governance reviews and quality inspections across the region.
• Develop action plans for continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• Support homes in inspection readiness and regulatory visits.
• Lead investigations into incidents and safeguarding concerns where required.
• Coach General Managers and teams to promote best practice.
• Monitor care quality and support improvements to care planning.
• Engage with residents, families and home teams to address concerns promptly.
