Crystal Care Collection Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager to support our Care Homes across the South West. The role focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, driving quality assurance, and leading continuous improvement in care practices.

The successful candidate will foster a culture of excellence, manage audits, and support Care Teams to deliver personalised, safe, and compassionate care. A hybrid role with regular travel to Cornwall/Devon is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Care Management role.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and implement improvement strategies.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Ensure all Care homes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess care quality and compliance.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans based on audits.
• Prepare for external inspections and keep documentation up to date.
• Lead and support Care Teams to maintain high standards of care.
