Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional H&S Manager to lead health and safety across a multi-site operation at the Epsom SGN site. You will champion QSHE compliance and drive Road to Zero initiatives to reduce risk and improve safety culture.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a salary up to £50,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including a company car/allowance, pension, medical and dental cover, and access to GXO University.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety management role.
• Experience reporting safety metrics (leading/lagging indicators).
• People focussed; able to engage teams and develop them.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and comply with Health & Safety policies, including Road to Zero.
• Conduct and support accident investigations with QHSE.
• Perform daily Health & Safety checks for full compliance.
• Develop, update and maintain written safety and health procedures.
• Act as the subject matter expert for QSHE compliance and primary contact for safety issues.
