Job summary

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent minimum qualification.
• Experience in health & safety management/QSHE/EHS within logistics, distribution or warehousing.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels and lead investigations/audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead all health and safety activities across warehousing, transport and support functions.
• Manage risk assessments, safe systems of work, incident investigations and RIDDOR reporting.
• Deliver audits, compliance reviews and improvement plans, including support for standards (e.g., BRC).
• Produce KPI reports and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Coach managers and colleagues to improve safety performance and engagement.
