Job summary

Centrick in Birmingham is seeking a capable Senior Property Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Property Specialists. You will drive performance, maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional service across a diverse portfolio.

You will manage service charge budgets, oversee lease compliance and major works, while staying abreast of relevant legislation and best practice to ensure your team meets regulatory standards and delivers excellent outcomes for clients and

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing property management teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential property management, including service charge budgets, reserve funds and lease compliance.
• Sound understanding of property legislation, TPI/RICS best practice, Section 20 consultations and major works.
• Excellent client, stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

What you need to succeed

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing property management teams.
