Job summary

Lanes Group, a leading nationwide utility services provider, is recruiting a Project Manager - Lining in Bradford, Yorkshire. You will lead operational teams within a defined catchment, ensuring end-to-end delivery against SLAs, KPIs and cost targets while maintaining a superb customer journey.

The role requires a full UK driving license and proven managerial experience in performance or operations, with strong leadership and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• Proven managerial experience, preferably within a performance management or operational context.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional customer service skills with focus on client satisfaction.
• Proficient in office software and IT systems relevant to performance analysis.
• Strong leadership qualities with ability to motivate and guide teams to targets.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for all works within the catchment, ensuring delivery against SLAs, KPIs and cost targets.
• Lead and support frontline operational teams to drive high performance and service levels.
• Work closely with planning and scheduling teams to ensure effective resource allocation and workforce coordination.
• Continuously monitor operational performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure all work complies with Lanes Group standards and policies.
