Lanes Group is seeking a Lead Lining Operative based at our Bradford office to drive and manage lining projects across contracts in the region. You will report to the Lining Project Manager and lead a team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
The role is permanent, Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm (50 hours/week). A full UK driving license is essential, and the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to support sites and clients.

The role will be covering contracts with the lining division. This role is best suited to somebody who thrives in running a team with excellent man management skills and strong communication skills, who can work well under pressure.
