Job summary

Lanes Group Plc is seeking a Project Manager to join our Yorkshire Water contract team, based in Sheffield or Bradford. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of clean water projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires a degree in Construction or Project Management (or equivalent), NEC3/NEC4/FIDIC experience preferred, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Degree/HND in Construction or Project Management (or equivalent).
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4/FIDIC contracts (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage projects within the Yorkshire Water Clean Water contract.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clean water clients.
• Attend site visits to evaluate work requested.
• Lead bids and proposals with estimating teams.
• Plan, budget and manage construction schedules.
• Monitor progress on-site and resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Oversee project close-out and final accounts.
