Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to strengthen partnerships with our existing partners, drive sales growth, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.

You will manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, develop territory plans, and ensure accurate forecasting, while building long-term relationships to boost retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 6 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account plans to achieve client goals and drive revenue growth.
• Manage partners within the ICP and designated territory as primary commercial contact.
• Forecast accurately with the team and management on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Negotiate contract terms, discounts, and implementation with customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to bolster retention and growth.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value.
