Job summary

Aimee Willow Connex Limited in the East of England is seeking a Regional Originator to build and maintain relationships with intermediaries, advisers and SME owners across the region. The role blends origination and credit work with the emphasis on pipeline generation.

You will manage higher-volume applications online for smaller tickets and contribute to enhanced qualitative assessments for larger deals, working with the deal team.

Qualifications

• Experience in origination and credit work is preferred.
• Regional knowledge of East of England is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous regional coverage across Norfolk and Suffolk and possibly adjacent counties.
• Originate proactively across the full ticket range and build a qualified pipeline.
• Develop relationships with advisers, accountants, lawyers and brokers across the Region.
• Contribute to credit process with regional context, site visits and diligence.
• Coordinate with IR/Marketing to translate digital reach into pipeline.
