Aimee Willow Connex Limited in Greater London is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Assistant to join the Business Development Team. You will support the sales and onboarding processes for unsecured finance clients and help manage the client pipeline.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in business development support, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Collaboration across departments is essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in business development support or similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across departments with management.
• Basic industry knowledge for telephony support.
• Proactive in chasing up leads and strong time management.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for e-mail and phone enquiries.
• Support presentation of the company to potential clients and assist BDEs in sales, credit/underwriting and onboarding of unsecured finance clients.
• Support maintenance and management of a pipeline and ensure administration is completed on internal systems.
• Ensure comprehensive, up-to-date prospect/customer account records are maintained.
• Interact professionally with Head of, Team Managers, and other support teams.
• Ensure compliance regulation and legislation are adhered to where relevant.
