Restaurant Associates is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of premium catering operations across multiple UK locations. You will be responsible for the performance of multiple sites, providing strategic leadership, coaching and ensuring client satisfaction and financial performance across contracts.

The role emphasises developing people, maintaining high standards, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive commercial success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site or multi-outlet operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the operational performance of 5+ sites across the region.
• Manage, coach and develop direct-reports.
• Deliver outstanding client relationships and service excellence across multiple contracts.
• Drive financial performance, ensuring budgets, forecasting and cost controls are achieved.
• Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety and food safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial success.
