Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of premium catering operations across multiple UK locations. You will have overall responsibility for the performance of 5+ sites, providing strategic leadership, coaching and support to ensure high operational standards, client satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Background in multi-site or multi-outlet operational leadership.
• Experience managing operations with annual turnover of £4 million or more.
• Track record leading multiple locations, regions or clusters.
• Experience managing diverse client portfolios and building long-term client relationships.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial management skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the operational performance of 5+ sites across the region.
• Manage, coach and develop direct-reports.
• Deliver outstanding client relationships and service excellence across multiple contracts.
• Drive financial performance, ensuring budgets, forecasting and cost controls are achieved.
• Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety and food safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial success.
