Job summary

Boden Group in the UK seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead service operations across the South and London, ensuring client satisfaction, regional profitability and high service standards. You will manage Regional Service Managers and drive improvements.

Responsibilities include overseeing PPM and call-outs, managing regional P&L, renewals and cost control, and building senior client relationships while monitoring SLAs and KPIs. CAFM/EAM knowledge and compliance experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have proven regional, multi-site or multi-contract operations management experience in FM or engineering services.
• Experience managing P&L and delivering commercial targets.
• Experience managing B2B service contracts and building senior client relationships.
• Knowledge of CAFM or EAM systems and FM or engineering compliance requirements.
• Experience developing operational teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Fire engineering, building services or related technical experience would be advantageous.

Job description

The Regional Operations Manager will lead service operations across the South and London, with responsibility for client satisfaction, regional profitability and service delivery. Reporting to the Service Director, you’ll manage Regional Service Managers and drive operational improvement across the region.

The Role

About You

To be successful as the Regional Operations Manager, you'll have:
