JDP is looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead seven branches, driving sales growth, margins and customer service. • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety-first environment across operations.
• Drive sales revenue, gross profit and margin growth.
• Support branches in increasing customer footfall and spend.
• Develop strategies to win new customers and grow accounts.
• Challenge and support Branch Managers to address performance gaps.
• Publish regional meetings and share best practices.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Commercial, HR and support functions.
• Lead as a visible regional ambassador for the business.
