Job summary

Jdp is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to drive performance across a portfolio of seven branches. The role focuses on coaching branch leaders, delivering sales growth, improving margins and customer service, and supporting strategic regional projects.

You will work with Branch Managers to ensure clear plans for short-term targets and long-term growth, acting as a visible regional ambassador and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple locations or business units.
• Proven track record of delivering sales and profit growth.
• Ability to coach and develop managers.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first environment and ensure HS compliance across your region.
• Drive sales revenue, gross profit and margin growth across your region.
• Support branches to increase customer footfall, retention and spend.
• Develop regional strategies to win new customers and grow account portfolios.
• Coach and challenge Branch Managers to address performance gaps and accountability.
• Monitor branch performance using data to drive action and improvements.
• Lead regional initiatives and regional meetings to share ideas and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Commercial, HR and other support functions.
