JDP in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead seven branches, coach Branch Managers, and drive sales growth and customer service excellence across the region. You will remove barriers, set clear plans for short- and long-term targets, and work with cross-functional teams on national projects.

You'll be a visible leader, developing people, monitoring performance and ensuring company standards are met while travelling extensively within your region.

• Proven experience leading multiple locations or business units.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and profit growth.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop managers.
• Excellent leadership and influencing skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships across the business.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving ability.
• Confidence analysing performance data and translating insight into action.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your designated region.

Responsabilités

• Promote a safety first environment - where H&S really is at the forefront of operations.
• Drive sales revenue, gross profit and margin growth across your region.
• Support branches in increasing customer footfall and improving customer retention and spend.
• Develop strategies to win new customers and grow account portfolios.
• Challenge and support Branch Managers to identify opportunities and address performance gaps.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyse branch performance, using data and insight to drive action.
• Ensure consistent delivery of company standards, values and strategic objectives.
• Lead and support regional initiatives that contribute to business growth and operational excellence, including the delivery of regional meetings to foster idea sharing and networking.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Commercial, HR and other support functions.
