JDP is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead seven branches across its northern region. You will mentor Branch Managers to drive sales growth, margins and customer service while ensuring strategic plans are executed.

You will work with cross-functional teams and lead regional projects to support overall expansion. You will be a visible leader, travel across the region, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple locations or business units.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and profit growth.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop managers.

Responsabilités

• Promote a safety-first environment with H&S at the forefront.
• Drive sales revenue, gross profit and margin growth across the region.
• Support branches in increasing customer footfall and spend.
• Develop strategies to win new customers and grow account portfolios.
• Challenge and support Branch Managers to address performance gaps.
• Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyse branch performance using data to drive action.
• Ensure delivery of company standards, values and objectives.
• Lead regional initiatives and regional meetings to share ideas and network.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Commercial, HR and other functions.
