Job summary

SF Partners in the Midlands seeks an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead across the Midlands, overseeing people, service, sales performance, warehousing, inventory, fleet, delivery, and branch standards.

You will coach Branch Managers, drive branch growth, and ensure high service levels while collaborating with sales teams to deliver sustainable revenue and improved margins.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site operations leadership in relevant sectors.
• Strong people leadership and customer service experience.
• Financial acumen with experience of P&L, budgets and cost control.
• Experience onboarding customers and growing sales pipelines.
• Data-driven with KPI literacy and ability to act on insights.
• Willingness to travel UK and hold a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership across the Midlands region, accountable for people, customer service, sales performance, warehousing, inventory, fleet, delivery capability, and branch standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and their teams to create a performance-led culture.
• Be visible in branches, resolve barriers and ensure consistently high service levels.
• Drive performance against sales, margin, contribution, service and KPI objectives with improvement plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external sales to support regional growth and revenue.
