Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the regional delivery of employability and adult skills programmes across the North West. You will drive performance, quality, people, compliance and commercial results while building high-performing teams.

You will own employer engagement, sales and business development, oversee Account Management and ensure opportunities translate into vacancies, skills provision and apprenticeship starts, with accountability

Qualifications

Senior operational leadership experience within employability, skills, welfare-to-work, apprenticeships, training or related contract-driven service.
Proven ability to lead Business Managers and Team Managers and multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
Strong knowledge of DWP-funded employability provision and regulated quality/compliance frameworks.
Experience managing operational budgets and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead regional delivery of Get Set UK’s employability and adult skills programmes across the North West, ensuring performance and quality.
Oversee employer engagement, sales and business development to generate vacancies, skills provision and apprenticeship starts.
Manage regional budgets and P&L, balancing service quality, contractual delivery and commercial sustainability.
Develop and coach senior managers to build high-performing teams and ensure compliance with safeguarding and quality standards.
