Job summary

Standguide is seeking an experienced senior operations leader to oversee multiple contracts and delivery teams across the North West (Lancashire, Preston, Liverpool and the Wirral). You will drive performance, service quality and participant outcomes while supporting growth and strategic bids.

With a focus on governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement, you will lead managers, oversee HR matters, and ensure high standards across quality assurance, safeguarding and financial delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent relevant management and operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of contracts, managers and teams across the North West region.
• Achieve contractual performance, quality, service and financial targets.
• Analyse management information and KPIs, implementing action plans and performance-improvement measures where required.
• Set clear manager accountability and oversee reviews, appraisals, workforce planning and HR matters.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance, governance, safeguarding, health and safety and equality.
• Oversee returns, claims, reconciliations, audits, budgets and effective resource deployment.
• Build influential relationships with commissioners, prime contractors and strategic partners.
• Share best practice and contribute to bids, business development, mobilisation, change and continuous improvement.
