Job summary

Get Set UK is seeking an experienced regional operations leader to drive employer engagement, sales and business development across the North West. You will build and manage high-performing teams, ensure contractual quality and safeguarding, and translate performance data into actionable improvements.

Travel across North West offices and external engagement with commissioners and partners are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience in employability, skills, apprenticeships or related contracts.
• Evidence of building and leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams to meet KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of employer engagement and sales within the sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional employer strategy and oversee Account Management, Employer Engagement and Sales teams.
• Own regional budgets and P&L; balance service quality with commercial sustainability.
• Develop and coach Business Managers and Team Managers to deliver consistent outcomes and continuous improvement.
