CEVA Logistics UK is seeking a Regional Operations Performance Leader to enhance performance across CEVA's Amazon portfolio. You will develop and implement a global governance framework, identify sites needing support, and standardise best practices to improve customer satisfaction and contract performance.

You will work with Operations, Account Management, Sales and Amazon stakeholders to lift Delivery Estimate Accuracy, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across multiple regions,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in operational leadership, programme management, operational excellence, or supply chain roles within a large-scale logistics or e-commerce environment.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working directly within Amazon or in a leadership role supporting Amazon operations.
• Extensive experience managing performance across multiple sites, regions, or business units within a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of improving customer-facing metrics through the development of scalable operational mechanisms and performance management frameworks.
• Experience building operational governance structures and leading large-scale performance improvement programmes across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior customer stakeholders and translate customer requirements into operational strategies and measurable business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Drive operational excellence across existing sites by identifying, prioritising, and delivering performance improvement opportunities.
• Analyse operational performance data, processes, and workflows to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and customer outcomes.
• Facilitate the adoption of standard methodologies and best practices across regions to improve operational consistency and performance.
• Partner with site and regional leadership teams to develop and execute improvement roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
