CEVA Logistics in the UKIN region is seeking a Head of Reward to lead the reward agenda and deliver group initiatives across the UK and Ireland network. You will translate strategy into practical solutions, ensuring robust governance and consistent reward practices.

You will manage salary reviews, incentive programmes and broader reward initiatives, while advising senior stakeholders and shaping pension, benefits and budget decisions.

Qualificações

• Significant senior‑level reward experience within a complex organisation.
• Strong technical knowledge across compensation, benefits, salary structures and incentives.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering reward strategies.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging appropriately.
• Good understanding of UK reward legislation and best practice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual reward cycle including salary reviews and incentive arrangements.
• Oversee salary and rate range management, job evaluation and benchmarking.
• Provide expert reward advice to senior stakeholders in country and internationally.
• Lead review and management of benefits, pension arrangements and renewals.
• Support salary budgets and workforce planning with reward insights.
• Ensure governance and compliance across UK, Ireland and Nordics.
