Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Regional Operational SME Expert – Amazon to strengthen inventory quality, standardise processes, and implement governance across the global Amazon portfolio. You will drive defect prevention, analytics, and governance to improve inventory health and customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Launch, and Amazon stakeholders to deploy training, best practices, and scalable solutions that sustain a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate level experience in supply chain or operations leadership.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain, warehousing, inventory management, quality, or operational excellence leadership.
• Experience working directly within Amazon operations or managing Amazon contracts within a logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardised inventory management and quality processes across CEVA's global Amazon network.
• Monitor inventory health, defect trends, and process compliance across the network.
• Lead quality governance frameworks and proactive training programmes.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Amazon stakeholders to drive improvements and scalability.
