Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Process Excellence Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites. You will apply Lean tools, support Kaizen and 5S, review processes, and help deploy CEVA's SCA programme while travelling regularly to sites nationwide.

This hands-on role offers a salary up to £50,000 and a company car, with flexible scheduling to cover UK operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Lean/CI initiatives in operations or logistics.
• Expertise with Kaizen, 5S, RCA, value stream mapping and standard work.
• Strong data-driven approach and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
• Run site diagnostics, time-and-motion studies and waste analysis to reduce inefficiencies.
• Support deployment of CEVA's SCA programme and best practices across the network.
• Travel to CEVA sites nationwide to observe operations and coach teams.
• Facilitate Kaizen activities and measure outcomes for sustainable improvements.
• Apply Lean principles to re-engineer processes and cut waste.
• Track performance against CI standards and report locally and regionally.
