Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Central Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across a national portfolio. You will provide strategic direction, lead across new business implementations, acquisitions and business change, and ensure transitions are embedded into BAU with service, cost, quality and customer outcomes in mind.

Responsibilities

Lead operational performance across the national portfolio to meet service, cost, quality and customer targets.
Identify risks and performance gaps; own recovery plans and improvement activities.
Set and continuously improve national operating standards and best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks related to service, cost, health and safety, quality and compliance.
Lead transformation initiatives and support adoption of new systems, tools, and ways of working.
