Our client, a leader in providing exceptional care, is seeking a Regional Registered Nurse to join their team, covering Homes in the North West, Nottingham, and Leeds. This is a fantastic chance to work with a company that prioritises the well-being and happiness of its residents through professional, person-centred care. We are looking for an RGN who can be flexible to cover days and nights, and travel as needed across Greater Manchester, Nottingham, and Leeds.

This Regional Registered Nurse role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £56,000 per year, along with a host of benefits. Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred clinical nursing care to residents.
  • Manage and supervise the care team, ensuring quality care delivery.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of adults in their care.
  • Oversee personalised care plans and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the Deputy and Home Manager in upholding professional standards.
  • Provide coaching and assessment to Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
  • Manage daily rotas and delegate workloads effectively.
  • Conduct quality audits of care plans and build relationships with external professionals.
