Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Regional Business Manager for Infectious Disease Diagnostics across the North UK & Ireland. You will lead a field-based team of KAMs, BDMs and PAS, shaping regional strategy and driving growth with NHS and private customers.

You will coach and develop talent, manage partnerships, and deliver sustainable revenue and profit targets in a dynamic diagnostics market.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Track record of profitable growth and exceeding targets.
• Strong NHS and private sector stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategy and revenue plans for NHS and private sectors.
• Lead and coach KAMs, BDMs and PAS to meet KPIs and SFE targets.
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare purchasers and providers.
• Recruit, deploy and optimize field-based commercial resources.
• Forecast, plan and manage funnel across the region.
• Collaborate with UK Head of Sales on local solutions and campaigns.
