Job summary

Alexander Faraday Limited is seeking a New Store Opening Training Manager to take operational ownership of openings across the UK. This hands-on, field-based role will lead and train teams, support franchisees, and ensure each new site opens to company standards in food safety, health & safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new store opening activity from training through to launch.
• Deliver individual and group training to franchisees, managers and frontline teams.
• Train teams across operational procedures, health & safety, food safety, coffee, food preparation, customer service, cleaning, equipment and retail systems.
• Ensure products and service are delivered consistently to company and brand standards.
• Support franchisees with recruitment, preparation and operational setup.
• Check opening deliveries, stock and equipment and resolve issues before opening.
• Act as the company's key representative on site, confidently managing problems and making decisions without constant supervision.
• Build effective relationships with franchisees, store managers, suppliers, Operations and Head Office.
• Provide hands-on support during and after store openings before ultimately handing the site over to Operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and training.
