Alexander Faraday Limited is seeking a New Store Opening Training Manager for a regional UK role. You will take operational ownership of openings, lead and train teams, support franchisees and ensure stores meet brand, food safety, health & safety and customer service standards.

You will manage the opening process from pre-opening training to launch, provide hands-on support during opening day and the first weekend, and hand the site over to Operations.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality/contract catering/restaurant/coffee multi-site ops background.
• Experience opening new stores or sites and training teams.
• Willingness to travel and flexible hours; full UK driving licence required.

• Provide hands‑on support during and after store openings before ultimately handing the site over to Operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and training.

New Store Opening Training Manager

This is a regional role.

We are looking for a New Store Opening Training Manager to take operational ownership of new store openings across the UK. This is a hands‑on, field-based role where you will lead and train teams, support franchisees and ensure each new site is fully prepared to open and operate to the required company, brand, food safety, health & safety and customer service standards.

You will take ownership of the opening process from pre-opening training through to launch, delivering training before opening, supporting the team through opening day and the first weekend, and providing further support before handing the store over to the Operations Manager.

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality, contract catering, restaurant, coffee or multi-site operational background, ideally with experience of opening new stores or sites and training teams.

You will need to be confident leading groups, comfortable being the sole company representative on site and able to communicate effectively with everyone from new-entry baristas through to experienced Store Managers and Franchisees.

You should be commercially minded, highly organised, self-motivated and confident solving problems independently. Strong emotional intelligence, integrity and reliability are important, as is the flexibility to work early starts, weekends and variable hours when required.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively are essential.
