T3AM Global is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing UK QSR brand, expanding from 10 to 70+ stores. You will lead opening programmes, build training for franchisees and store teams, and ensure every new location delivers the brand standards from day one.

You will work closely with senior leadership to coordinate nationwide openings, training delivery, and operational readiness across all locations, driving consistency and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site QSR, hospitality or food service operations.
• Proven experience opening new stores or supporting multi-site expansion.
• Strong background in training, onboarding and developing teams.
• Excellent organisational, leadership and project management skills.
• Understanding of food safety, operational compliance and brand standards.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead new store openings, from handover to successful launch.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for franchisees, Store Managers and employees.
• Create standardised onboarding processes, training manuals and procedures.

The company

T3AM Global is recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's fastest-growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands, currently embarking on an ambitious nationwide expansion programme.

With an established network of approximately 10 locations and plans to grow to 70+ stores across the UK within the next 24 months, the business is entering an exciting phase of development.

As the brand continues to expand through company-operated and franchised locations, maintaining exceptional standards, consistent customer experiences and a strong brand identity will be critical to its success.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and commercially minded Head of New Store Openings & Training to lead the opening of new locations, develop franchisees and store teams, and ensure every new store successfully delivers the brand's standards from day one.

The role

You will take responsibility for coordinating new store openings, developing training programmes and ensuring every location delivers the same high standards of service, quality and customer experience.

Working closely with senior leadership, franchisees and operational teams, you will play a key role in supporting the brand's nationwide expansion.

You will take responsibility for:

• Leading new store openings, from operational handover through to successful launch
• Developing and delivering training programmes for franchisees, Store Managers and employees

• Managing opening preparations, staff training, compliance and operational readiness

What you need

Essential:
