Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the Midlands. This hands-on, field-based role requires spending three days a week on site in our care homes, getting to know teams, residents and local communities to grow occupancy.

You will develop local marketing activity, build relationships with General Managers, plan campaigns across digital, print and events, and monitor performance to turn ideas into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing role within a multi-site or customer-focused organisation.
• A hands-on approach and enjoy being out in homes and communities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking with ability to turn ideas into action.
• Understanding of digital marketing and local marketing.

Responsibilities

• Spend at least three days a week visiting our homes, working closely with teams and communities.
• Understand each home's character and develop marketing activity reflecting its strengths.
• Collaborate with General Managers to grow occupancy and enquiries.
• Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare professionals and referral partners.
• Plan and deliver local marketing campaigns across digital, social, print and community channels.
• Organise events that raise awareness and encourage visits from prospective residents and families.
• Support and improve each home's online presence and reputation.
• Monitor enquiries and marketing performance to inform improvements.
• Maintain Crystal Care Collection brand standards across homes.
