Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes, driving performance, governance and sustained growth across the region.

You will lead Home Managers, ensuring safety, quality care, and robust CQC readiness while strengthening governance and service standards.

This role blends commercial oversight with hands-on coaching, budgeting, and monitoring progress against plans to support the provider's expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day regional operations, ensuring homes are well-managed, stable, and delivering high standards of care.
• Provide hands-on support and coaching to Home Managers to ensure they are CQC and inspection ready at all times.
• Conduct regular governance reviews and audits of each home, identifying risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Develop clear, measurable action plans following audits and inspections, and monitor progress through to completion.
• Take ownership of regional budgeting and financial performance, reviewing P&Ls and implementing measures to achieve agreed targets.
