Job summary

Interim Regional Service Manager - Supported Living, Residential care for Adults with Learning disabilities, six-month fixed-term contract with immediate start. Field-based role covering Kent and Sussex, with salary £52,000 to £53,000 a year plus car allowance.

You will lead regional teams, drive turnaround and change management, ensure high quality person-centred care, preparation for CQC, and build strong relationships with local authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional management across large geographical areas.
• Turnaround and change management experience.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Provide management support to service managers.
• Lead and develop regional teams across Kent and Sussex.
• Drive turnaround, troubleshoot and implement changes.
• Oversee quality, compliance and contract delivery.
