Job summary

Career Makers Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes across the North West.

The role requires strong leadership to drive quality, compliance, occupancy and commercial performance while supporting Home Managers to deliver the highest standards of care. The position entails providing operational leadership, coaching Home Managers, and ensuring CQC standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven regional manager or multi-site management experience within the care sector.
• Strong background in nursing and/or residential care homes.
• RGN with current NMC registration is highly desirable.

Location: North West - covering Preston, Blackpool, Huyton, Eccles & Leyland

Salary: Circa £70,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

RGN qualification preferred

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes across the North West.

This is a senior operational role requiring a strong leader who can drive quality, compliance, occupancy and commercial performance across multiple services while supporting Home Managers to deliver the highest standards of care.

The Role

About You

• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Proven ability to improve quality and operational performance
• Confident managing and developing Home Managers
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across the region
