Job summary

Aviva is recruiting for a Regional Major Loss Manager in the Wakefield area to lead a team of Major Loss Field Adjusters who handle domestic property claims from £50,000 to £250,000. You will drive high standards in quality, estimating, cost control, and customer service while developing your team and working with Claims to improve processes.

You’ll coach and develop regional colleagues, ensure accurate reinstatement work, and contribute to transforming our claims capabilities for better

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within a specialist claims area.
• Experience handling complex property claims, ideally losses >£100,000.
• Strong understanding of building practices and regulations linked to reinstatement work.

• Oversee operational and technical elements: quality, estimating, cost control, and customer service.
