Job summary

The Forward Trust is seeking a Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across the region, ensuring high-quality services in community and custodial settings. You will work with the Head of Services to deliver contractual obligations, clinical governance, and positive outcomes for those supported.

You will lead regional teams, oversee performance reporting, and drive opportunities for development and improvement while maintaining compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional teams in addiction treatment services.
• Strong experience in clinical governance and quality assurance.
• Proven track record in budget and performance reporting to commissioners.
• Ability to develop and implement service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and line management to Service Managers and Team Leaders.
• Monitor service performance and produce reports for commissioners.
• Represent the region in contract reviews and governance meetings.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, audits and policies.
• Maintain legal and regulatory compliance in clinical delivery.
• Support research, development and implementation of best practice.
• Identify opportunities for service development and growth.
• Collaborate with Head of Services on regional learning informing organisational development.
• Drive continuous improvement and responsiveness to service needs.
