Job summary

Priority Recruitment Services is seeking a Regional Support Manager to lead children's residential services in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The role focuses on safeguarding, regulatory compliance and driving regional performance across multiple services.

The successful candidate will have extensive residential care experience, senior leadership capability, and strong stakeholder management to support Registered Managers and care teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in children's residential care.
• Senior leadership experience in residential childcare.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance to Registered Managers and teams.
• Support safeguarding, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across services.
• Prepare for Ofsted inspections and respond to improvement requirements.
• Review care standards, risk assessments and procedures.
• Support staff development, supervision and leadership performance.
