Job summary

The Forward Trust is seeking a Senior Band 6 (Team Leader substance misuse) to lead and manage clinical healthcare within a custodial environment in Chelmsford. The role focuses on delivering safe, patient-centred care and upholding high clinical standards.

You will provide day-to-day clinical leadership, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and drive quality and governance across services to meet the needs of the prison population.
