The Forward Trust is recruiting for a Senior Band 6 (Team Leader substance misuse) in Chelmsford to provide clinical leadership and operational management of the healthcare team within a custodial environment. You will drive safe, patient‑centred care and support staff to maintain high clinical standards in a challenging setting.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure governance and compliance with policies, and promote continuous improvement in services for the prison population.

Formación

• Clinical leadership and team management experience.
• Strong governance, standards and best practice knowledge.
• Ability to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership to the healthcare team.
• Oversee operational management of staff and services.
• Provide professional supervision and staff development.
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred care.

• Ensure services operate in line with policies and procedures.
