Olleco in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional IT Support Technician to act as the on-site IT presence for Liverpool and northern depots. You will provide first-line support for PCs, printers and business applications, diagnose issues, log evidence and escalate to Level 2/3 when needed.

Based mainly at the Liverpool site, the role requires travel to depots across the North and strong communication with users and Head Office IT teams.

Qualificações

• Hands-on IT support experience, ideally across more than one site.
• Confident in Windows laptops/desktops, printers and productivity software.
• Structured fault diagnosis and clear evidence gathering.
• Working knowledge of Wi-Fi and Ethernet networks.
• Ability to work independently and plan travel across the region.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site/remote/face-to-face IT support at Liverpool and northern depots.
• Act as principal on-site IT contact for the region and coordinate with remote Level 2/3 teams.
• Support and troubleshoot devices, printers and business applications.
• Maintain accurate asset, stock and configuration records.
• Capture evidence, logs and test results for incidents.
• Follow security, confidentiality and change-management requirements.
• Create knowledge articles and site notes for recurring regional tasks.
