Job summary

Quickline Communications Limited in Willerby, near Hull, is seeking an IT Technician to deliver first-line IT support across the business. The role is based on-site at our Willerby office, with regular travel between Quickline sites.

You will diagnose device, account, application and connectivity issues, build and deploy hardware, and support joiners/movers/leavers while maintaining accurate asset records. Collaboration with Service Desk and Engineering teams is essential to keep systems secure

Qualifications

• Experience providing frontline IT support.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Good communication and a helpful approach with non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests across Quickline.
• Diagnose and resolve device, account, application and connectivity issues.
• Build, configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Support joiners, movers and leavers with asset and stock records.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, SPMC and Engineering teams to improve IT services.
