Job summary

Widen the Net | B Corp™ is seeking an IT Support Manager / IT Operations Manager to lead a regional IT support team in London. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management across Windows, Mac, Linux, Google Workspace, Jira, Okta, Slack, Confluence, and network services.

You will coach seven direct reports, set service quality standards, and act as senior on-site leader for regional offices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as IT support/operations manager.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, networking, Google Workspace.
• Automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Hands-on approach and ownership for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop seven direct reports across IT support and service delivery.
• Set expectations for IT service quality, ticket ownership, documentation, and follow-through.
• Act as senior hands-on leader for regional offices; lead support for Windows, Mac, Linux; Google Workspace, Jira, Okta, Slack, Confluence, network, JAMF.
• Automation and scripting to develop and improve internal tools.
