Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited is seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to support multiple operations across the region, partnering with senior leaders to drive people initiatives and a high-performing workforce.

You will lead talent development, change management, succession planning and ensure HR policies and employment law compliance across sites. Regular regional travel is required and CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and core HR processes.
• Proven experience supporting change, transformation or business improvement programmes.

• Partner with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning and talent development.
